Rocky Road Fudge

Rich, chocolatey fudge loaded with marshmallows and nuts for a sweet twist.

Ingredients - chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, marshmallows, walnuts, salt

Line an 8x8” pan with parchment, leaving overhang to lift fudge out after setting.

Melt chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together, heating gently.

Remove from heat, then quickly stir in vanilla extract and chopped walnuts.

Pour fudge into prepared pan and scatter marshmallows evenly on top.

Cover pan and refrigerate at least 2 hours for fudge to set up.

Use parchment handles to remove fudge. Slice into small squares with a sharp knife.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Enjoy this classic treat!

Swap in different nuts like pecans or peanuts if you prefer.
