BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Tender pulled pork piled high on buns with a tropical fruit slaw topping.

Ingredients - pork shoulder, bbq sauce, burger buns, pineapple, mango, cabbage, cilantro

Season and slow cook pork roast until fall-apart tender. Shred meat with forks.

Toss pork with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce or your favorite bbq sauce to coat.

Make the slaw by shredding cabbage and slicing pineapple and mango. Toss together.

Pile pork high onto the bottom bun. Top with a mound of fruity slaw.

Finish with top bun and add more bbq sauce and cilantro if desired.
