Pork Chops in Mustard Cream Sauce

Tender boneless pork chops smothered in an easy, rich mustard cream pan sauce.

Ingredients - boneless pork chops, flour, olive oil, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, heavy cream

Pat pork dry and coat lightly with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork 3-4 minutes per side until browned.

Remove chops and add broth to pan, scraping up browned bits from bottom.

Whisk in Dijon and heavy cream. Simmer until thickened to coat back of spoon.

Return pork chops and any accumulated juices to pan. Spoon sauce over chops.

Serve creamy mustard pork chops with mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the sauce!

Garnish with chopped parsley. The cream sauce is also great over chicken.

Adjust mustard amount to taste preference. Stir in capers or cornichons for tang.
