Cedar Plank Salmon

Roasted salmon fillet infused with a kiss of woodsmoke flavor on a cedar plank.

Ingredients - salmon fillet, cedar plank, maple syrup, chili powder, mustard

Soak cedar plank 30 minutes if using oven or 1 hour if using grill.

Pat salmon dry and place skin-side down on soaked plank.

Whisk maple syrup, mustard, chili powder and brush glaze on salmon.

Grill or bake salmon for 15-25 minutes until opaque and tender.

Carefully transfer entire plank to a heatproof surface. Slide salmon off.

The salmon will have perfect grill marks and hint of woodsmoke!

Serve cedar plank salmon with roasted veggies or rice pilaf.

Change up glaze flavors with brown sugar, citrus juices or teriyaki.
