Peach Crisp

Warm cinnamon peach filling topped with a brown sugar oat streusel topping.

Ingredients - Peaches, lemon juice, brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, butter

Slice peaches and toss with lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar.

In another bowl mix together flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Cut cold butter into oat mixture until coarse crumbs form.

Pour peach mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with streusel.

Bake at 375°F for 25-35 minutes until topping is crispy.

Allow to cool at least 15 minutes before serving.

Top warm peach crisp with vanilla ice cream.

Swap different stonefruits like nectarines, plums or apricots.
