No-Bake Granola Bars

Chewy, chunky granola bars packed with oats, nuts, coconut and chocolate that require no baking.

Ingredients - old fashioned oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, mix-ins like nuts, seeds, dried fruit, chocolate

In a large bowl, mix together oats, almond butter, honey and any dry mix-ins.

Stir thoroughly until a sticky dough forms that holds together when pressed.

Line loaf pan with parchment, pressing dough evenly into bottom of pan.

Top with more add-ins like chocolate chips, shredded coconut.

Chill bars in fridge or freezer 30+ minutes until firm enough to cut.

Lift out parchment and slice into rectangular bars. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.

Store granola bars covered in fridge or freezer to maintain freshness.

Customize each batch with your favorite nuts, seeds and dried fruits!
