Pork with red chili sauce

Tender pan-fried pork cutlets glazed in a vibrant Southeast Asian-inspired chili sauce.

Ingredients - Pork cutlets, corn starch, vegetable oil, chili sauce, garlic, brown sugar

Slice pork thinly and coat with cornstarch seasoned with salt and white pepper.

Pan fry cutlets in batches until crispy and browned. Drain on paper towels.

To make the sauce, sauté chili paste, garlic and brown sugar. Add chicken stock.

Simmer chili sauce for 5 minutes to meld flavors. Toss with fried pork pieces.

Pour more sauce over the top if desired. Garnish with sliced green onions.

Serve this sweet, savory and slightly spicy pork dish with rice and a veggie side.

Adjust chili paste amount based on desired heat level. Works great with chicken too!
