Pulled Pork

Fall-off-the-bone pork roast shredded and soaked in a sweet and tangy homemade BBQ sauce.

Ingredients - Pork shoulder roast, chicken broth, bbq sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, spices

Place 3-4 lb pork roast in slow cooker. Pour in broth and seasonings.

Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours until extremely tender.

Drain and shred pork using two forks. Discard excess fat and broth.

In a saucepan, mix the bbq sauce ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes.

Pour 1/2 the bbq sauce over shredded pork and stir to coat evenly.

Pile pork high on buns and drizzle with more bbq sauce to taste.

Top with coleslaw and pickles. Great for sandwiches and tacos.

Adjust spice amounts in bbq sauce to preference. Works with chicken too!
