Chicken Pasta Salad

Creamy pasta loaded with chicken, cheese, veggies and seasoned with a tangy ranch dressing.

Ingredients - pasta, chicken, cucumber, grape tomatoes, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing

Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Chop cooked chicken breast, cucumber, tomatoes and cheddar cheese into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, mix together pasta, chicken, vegetables and cheese pieces.

Pour desired amount of ranch dressing over top and toss until everything is well coated.

Taste and season further with black pepper, dried parsley if desired.

Chill pasta salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with extra cheddar.
